I am so excited to do this competition. Why? Because I have read
this book at least 3 times and each time I learn something more about myself,
something falls into place or a new discovery is made. When this book was first
shared with me by my friend Andre I was a little dubious as I’d never heard of
the author before. However, I do enjoy inspirational, self help and
motivational reading; psychology totally works in my head and is a large part
of who I am and how I do things so when I knuckled down and read just the first
chapter I began to see the benefits of the message given by Don Miguel Ruiz.
The book is called The Mastery of Love. It’s not about fixing
your love life or meeting Mr/Ms Right, it's about all the relationships you
encounter, beginning with yourself! The description for the book is as follows:
In The Mastery of Love, don Miguel Ruiz illuminates the
fear-based beliefs and assumptions that undermine love and lead to suffering
and drama in our relationships. Using insightful stories to bring his message
to life, Ruiz shows us how to heal our emotional wounds, recover the freedom

I’m also going to give you an excerpt from the book to give you
an idea what you could be winning:

dreamers. The big Dream includes all the rules of society, its laws, its religions,

You don’t have to be a deep thinker or have a degree in
psychology to understand this book, it is very plainly written with lots of
examples and scenarios that are realistic and believable. This book has opened
my eyes to many of my humanistic responses, the way I interpret things around
me and even learnt more of who I am. If, like me, you are religious person this
awesome book will add to your already
growing knowledge and understanding of yourself, those around you and the way
we work, it is not a replacement for
the gospel, it in not sustained by any church {that I’m aware of!} but it is
great literature and the Lds church for one strongly encourage good reading! This book has an companion {thought not essential to understand or gaining the value of} called The Four Agreements , this is a fantastic view on how we think, again in its simplistic form this book is well worth picking up to enhance The Mastery of Love.
